The Commute

Our clinic is located just a 7-minute drive up Brighton Road. Many of our St Kilda clients visit us on their way home from the CBD, taking the #64 tram which stops right near our Hawthorn Road entrance (Stop 53 Northcote Ave.)
Alternatively the tram from outside the Galleon Caffe (the 16) will take you up Carlisle / Balaclava road to Hawthorn road intersection and it's a 9 min walk from there or you could take the 64 tram to stop 53 as above.

Your Six-Session Pathway
Most clients complete a structured program over six to ten weeks, progressing from assessment and pattern identification through core belief transformation, emotional integration, and building lasting resilience. Each 60-minute session ($200) includes personalised recordings for home practice.

We worked with Paul's GP to have Sleep a sleep study done, which resulted in a diagnosis of Sleep apnoea which combined with Paul's insomnia was causing several severe problems. 
After Paul had his sleep apnoea under control we resumed sessions to resolve the insomnia which after six sessions Paul sleeps through the night.
